Albuquerque Sheraton Airport is this year’s venue!

Karen and I are thrilled to announce that WordCamp ABQ will be held at the Albuquerque Sheraton Airport. Here is some information from their website. We visited  the hotel last week and we’re thrilled that everything is falling into place for us to use them as our venue. Their space is elegant and comfortable and they’re just as excited to be working with us as we are with them.

Thank you Christi and the Albuquerque Sheraton Airport!

“Boasting dramatic views of the Sandia Mountains and the Rio Grande Valley, we’re conveniently located near area attractions such as Historic Old Town, the eclectic Nob Hill, the University of New Mexico, the ABQ BioPark, and several golf courses.

With over 12,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, we can easily and efficiently welcome any event, like banquets of up to 460 people and groups of up to 350 in a classroom and 630 in a theater. All meeting rooms feature High Speed Internet Access and the latest audiovisual amenities.”

The hotel will be offering discounted rates to our attendees — and with such a great deal on such a great place we encourage you to book a room during the event! For more information, click here.

Special Thanks to Al Arnold for all of his hard work in researching and negotiating with the different venues! You’re the best, Al!
