Samantha has used WordPress as a Social Communications student, and as a freelancer. She’s also been a business owner who used WordPress for her business site.
She’s been a WordCamp co-organizer twice in South America, and a WordCamp volunteer twice in the US.
Samantha hopes to inspire people (especially women) just getting started out in tech.
She has spoken about her work to develop Automattic’s support to 8 languages in a talk at Support Driven 2019. She was an interviewer at the first WordCamp Medellín; a speaker at We All Grow Latina 2018; and has presented a study case at Support Driven Expo in Boston, 2019. She has also presented a remote talk for a meetup in Ecuador.
